I am experiencing a combination of light stomach pain, lower back pain and vomiting. What could be happening?
Okay, maybe i should mention that this was about 4 days ago. The 2nd day was the worst but its getting better now. I am a male so please don't suggest things like "you're pregnant". I guess it could be stress, which would make sense.

The possible causes are never ending. Most commonly related to those symtoms, peptic ulcer comes to mind. If left untreated can get pretty nasty.
Might also just be a stomach virus.
Kidney infection.
Apendecidis.
Stress related.
I've always been advised that anything unbarable should be taken care of immediately. Especially pain not responding to pain medication.
Schedule an appointment or head to the ER. Apendicidis is very common among your age group and can be deadly and quickly too. The symptoms come on very hard & quickly.
There was about 4 months would I couldn't keep anything down but small amounts of non-heavy stuff and always felt nauseous. Very simular to pregnancy symptoms but I wasn't. I had real uncomfortable gas pains. I later found out that most likely I was just really stressed out and my body was reacting.

Well... stomach cancer can cause that as well as a degenerative spinal condition. Whatever it is... those symptoms sound terminal.... what did your DOCTOR say?

It could be as I suspect, just a psychological thing, where you're convincing yourself that these mildly unpleasant pains are a serious disease . I think this illness you have is a combination of bad posture and stress.
If I'm guessing correctly, you have been bombarded with school work and tests? Well that could be the causes of these pains, staying up late studying, and restless nights bring bad posture and eating disorders.
