I have this throbbing pain in back of head. hurts bad?

I have this throbbing pain in back of head. hurts bad?I have had this since Friday.We had a basketball game and i was in the crowd, and i got really angry and all of a sudden i felt this streak of pain in my neck and up to the back left of my head and it throbbed for 5 minutes. hurt so bad. and everyday ewhen i workout and do strenuous stuff it throbbs back there like crazy. Im worried

and you should be, getting angry you may have popped a blod vessel, exercise aggregated it, go to the doctor or emergency
