Why do i get sharp back pain?Everytime i go jogging for a while, i start getting this sharp pain on and on the back of my shoulders and neck!! Does anyone why this happens to me?
It becomes more intense when i inhale.

ah ive had this pain when i played football, its because your working alot by running or moving around, you should stretch, put pain relieving gel, lay down thats how i healed mine.
