Really bad back pain? excruciating?I woke up this morning got out of bed and out of no wear I felt this excruciating back pain kind of like a leg cramp but this was in my lower back . any ideas of what could have happend? Im only 25. I can barely walk right now
Answer by jen h
You probably pulled your sciatic nerve. Its hard to walk....ive done it before.
The only thing you really can do is heating pads, maybe a prescription muscle relaxer from your doctor...but even those dont really help!
good luck!

I would say you probably did aot of tossing and turning in your sleep or the day before you pulled a muscle in our back and only began to feel the effects after you woke up. Use Motrin for the pain. Ice will also help.

put ice bottle on back immediately, take a motrin.
u possibly lifted something heavy like last week and it
came back on u this week.
Magnets off fridge work too (neg. side against skin)
Situps every other day prevents backaches

My father had this same problem, does your leg feel numb at times? he had a few slipped disk that was hitting nerves that made one of his leg either numb or hurt. Take it for what its worth

I'm no Doctor but if this is lower back right side and numbness going down the right leg can't get comfortable hurts to walk, hurts to sit but not to bad if you don,t put to much pressure on right Butt cheek, I would say maybe the Sciatic Nerve what works for me is laying down on your back for days moving as little as possible, try ( Muscle relaxers, Motrin, Ice or Heat...GOOD LUCK I feel your Pain I'm a floor installer and my Sciatic goes out 2-3 times an years. just relax there is nothing else to do for it...
