What can I do about diarrhea and lower back pain during my period? ?Besides ibuprofen, any ideas?

A hot pad can work wonders for back pain and for cramping! As for the diarrhea, I'm not really sure maybe watch what you eat when you are on your period. I know I usually had diarrhea the first day or 2 of my period, then it went away, if thats your case too I wouldn't worry too much. Good luck
