Bad Posture-Back Pain. Help!?So i tend to have bad posture and every now and then my back will start to hurt. It will feel like I have to crack it but i can't. Is there anything I can do to make it go away when it starts to hurt without taking any medications?

Spine health begins with good posture. It also helps in reducing lower back pain. Be aware of your body as you sit, stand, bend or lift objects:
1. While sitting, your legs should be at a 90 degree angle to your body. While standing, move your weight to the balls of your feet and not the heels. Let your arms hang naturally
2. Loosen up your back muscles through stretching exercises. The lower back cat stretch is perfect for this.
3. Maintain the right body weight for your age & wear comfortable shoes. Both of these can improve your posture dramatically.
