Have chest pain/back pain w/ nausea?For the passed month..every now and then, not constantly but every now and then i get a really sharp pain where my neck and left shoulder meets..then i feel very sharp pain in my chest and in my back. The pain feels like a contraction, it'll still be there but it'll be a dull pain then tighten up and get worse..then goes back down. Meanwhile when the pain gets stronger it feels more uncomfortable to breathe, i can breathe its just not comfortable..it causes my throat to hurt. I thought it could be heartburn but i dont even have to eat anything and when i take a antacid it dont help. So i was wondering what it could possibly be?? Also been have had nausea, and i'm not pregnant. help please!!

Really bad gas possibly? But if it's affecting your breathing you might want to go the doctor

you have a pinched nerve near one of your cervical spine.. see a chiropractor or neurologist that specializes in physical manipulation
