Pain on my right side directly under my rib cage?

Pain on my right side directly under my rib cage?yesterday i woke up with sharp pains on my right side right underneath my rib cage. The pain is from the right side of the front, to my side, and to my back. When i barely touch it i get this sharp pain almost like touching a bruise but way worse. I cannot even lay on my right side with out wanting to cry, also its difficult to move, lay down, or sit with out being in so much pain. i tried taken a IB 800 but it didnt help at all, so it cant be muscle aches, right? Please help me out
o yeah forgot to mention i had my appendix removed already.

I would see a doctor if pains continue, because that's where your appendix is

It's pinched muscles and that is why nothing touches the pains. Pinched back muscles also send the pains around your body on the nerves to be pains in the sides or front of your body. To get rid of the pain you have to free up your back muscles and here's how to do that:
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.

Right upper quadrant pain: "inflamed gall bladder"

Test: exhale completely. Place fingers under right side of rib cage. Inhale. When diaphragm pushes inflamed gall bladder onto fingers you will feel intense pain. POSITIVE MURPHY'S SIGN.

Do not ignore this! Go see your family doctor or visit a hospital emergency room, or A&E depending on your country of residence.
